Working with 3 other designers and reporting to the Chief of Product.
I prototyped the existing product, and tested it on real people to find the reason users were leaving.
Turns out, they found managing item-level subscriptions confusing and difficult, so I designed high-value, low-cost solutions while navigating real business constraints.
